Pie dish with a diameter of 26 cm, a capacity of 1.2 L, with a scalloped rim, made of HR® ceramic, by Emile Henry.
The dish is suitable for baking and serving pie, keeping it warm for a longer period of time.
The HR® (High Resistance) ceramic withstands temperatures up to 270 °C and distributes heat evenly across the entire surface of the dish. The glaze used for the finish protects the dish from scratches and chips, allowing cutting directly in the dish without damage. It is dishwasher safe.
