Made from special HR® (High Resistance) ceramic, the dish has high thermal resistance, up to 270°C in the oven. This technology allows the dish to withstand thermal shocks. It can be transferred directly from the refrigerator (down to -20°C) to the oven.
Thanks to the special design and processed material, heat is distributed evenly for gradual cooking, ensuring success in results every time.
