The oven tray has wide edges for easy handling and its depth makes it ideal for preparing lasagna, steaks, or for garnishing (up to 6 servings).
Made from special HR® (High Resistance) ceramic, the oven tray has high thermal resistance, up to 270°C, suitable for preparing steaks, lasagna, gratinating vegetables, and other oven uses. This technology makes the oven dish resistant to thermal shocks. The tray can be transferred from the refrigerator, from temperatures as low as -20°C, directly to the oven.
Thanks to its design and shape, and the specially treated material, heat is distributed evenly for gradual cooking.
