With the instructions, it is easy to assemble; my girls were thrilled by the little lights and the fridge..

It is a very high-quality build, beautiful and sturdy! It has nothing to envy from much more expensive ones in the same category. One of the most value-for-money toys we have bought!

Positives: it is very beautiful, ideal size for my 3-year-old without being overly bulky. It seems to be solidly built.
Negatives: It does not include kitchen utensils or other accessories, so you have to buy everything extra. It arrived with a small dent in one spot.
For assembly, we needed about two to two and a half hours.
For its price, I consider it a fair choice and the little one was thrilled!

Sturdy construction, but no water actually runs from the faucet; it just makes the sound of running water, and there are no other lights except for the oven, and you also have to buy kitchen utensils because they are not included. Mine arrived with a broken faucet button and the sound doesn't work.
