The inner non-stick coating uses the superior "Volkanit Coating" technology, which offers excellent non-stick properties and very high scratch resistance. The non-stick layer does not contain PFOA, cadmium, or lead.

It features a "Solar Base" for optimal heat transfer and even distribution on all types of cooktops, including induction cooktops.
