    It is the “sponge” that keeps the water clean. It shows whether the pump uses special sand, glass, or a paper filter to collect dirt and dust, so you don’t have to clean the pool yourself. 

    Cartridge

    Cylindrical paper filter that traps dust with high precision. It does not require backwashing, saving water, as it can be easily cleaned with a garden hose. Ideal for small pools, but it requires replacing the cartridge every few weeks.

  • Connection Nozzle

    Indicates the diameter of the pipe that can be connected to the pump.

    • The 32 mm & 38 mm sizes are usually used for small, flexible pipes (above-ground or inflatable pools).
    • The 50 mm & 63 mm sizes are for rigid PVC pipes (classic domestic or built-in pools).

    Tip: Check the diameter of your existing pipes before making a selection.

  • Suction Type

    Self-Priming

    Allows the pump to draw water from the pool by itself, even if the pipes have taken in air. It is an essential feature if the pump is installed higher than the water level of the pool.
