This container is specially designed for baking bread, offering results close to those of traditional ovens. Its lid allows for even baking and provides consistent moisture, important for making quality bread. The small holes in the lid contribute to creating a light, elastic crumb and a crispy, golden crust.
The HR® ceramic (High Resistance) withstands temperatures up to 270°C and distributes heat evenly across the entire surface of the vessel. The enamel used for the finish protects the vessel from scratches and cracks, allowing it to be cleaned in the dishwasher.
