The pan features heat-resistant properties making it suitable for oven baking. The Batard bread has a distinctive shape that makes it easier to bake and slice compared to large round bread.
Its dimensions allow for preparing a loaf of bread with a length of 30 cm, width of 9-10 cm, and height of 6-8 cm depending on the amount of flour used (350-500 g).
The bottom of the pan is enamelled and has grooves for even baking without the bread sticking. It has handles for easier handling.
The lid, enamelled only on the outside, allows for even baking with stable humidity, ensuring a soft interior and crispy crust.
HR® ceramics withstand temperatures from -20°C to +270°C and distribute heat evenly. The enamel protects the product from scratches, making it dishwasher safe.
The parts of the pan can be stacked inside each other.
