The low rim prevents condensation from forming on the sides and allows moisture to evaporate, optimizing the caramelization of juices. The ergonomic cast stainless steel handle is riveted on, ensuring a natural and comfortable grip. The stainless steel interior is practical and easy to clean.

The copper ratio is 90% and the stainless steel interior represents 10%. The exterior of the pan can be cleaned with a special copper paste. The pan is not compatible with induction hobs. Hand washing is recommended.
