The HGP-50S grape crusher is essential for extracting must from grapes, separating the seeds, skins, and solid parts of the pulp. This process requires breaking the skin and crushing the pulp of the berries in order to achieve the best quality must. The initial technological process in primary grape processing is the crushing of ripe grapes and the separation of the clusters.

Instructions for use:
- Place the crusher above the container where the crushed grapes will be collected and turn the crank.
- Before use, wash the crusher thoroughly with a jet of water.
- The crusher should be placed above a container with a minimum capacity of 50L (bucket, basin) for collecting the crushed grapes.
- Load the crusher hopper without leaves or woody parts—only grape clusters.
Maintenance:
- The support and crank must be protected from corrosion through electrostatic painting.
