The Techstar M5 adapter converts your car’s wired CarPlay or Android Auto connection to wireless, with no cables or modifications to the car’s system. It connects to the USB port used for wired CarPlay or Android Auto and, after the initial pairing, reconnects automatically when you start the car. The connection is made via Bluetooth 5.3 and 5.8 GHz Wi-Fi.
It supports hands-free calls, Siri and Google Assistant voice commands, navigation, and music playback on your car’s screen. It works only in cars that come with factory-installed wired CarPlay or Android Auto.
