The WMF Gourmet Plus cookware set includes five pieces made of Cromargan® 18/10 stainless steel with a non-stick interior coating. The TransTherm® universal base distributes and retains heat and is suitable for gas, induction, electric and ceramic cooktops. The cookware is dishwasher- and oven-safe.

The hollow handles limit heat transfer from the cookware, while the wide rims make serving easier. The interiors feature measuring marks, and the metal lids have a steam vent for controlled steam release.
