The de Buyer cake pan features a non-stick coating and is suitable for cakes, desserts and cheesecakes. Its construction distributes heat across the entire surface for even baking and browning. It is fully sealed to prevent leaks and opens with a hinged mechanism.

It is made of stainless steel with oxidation protection and contains no PFOA or PTFE. It withstands temperatures of up to 220 °C in a conventional oven, but is not suitable for microwave use. Grease it before use. Hand-wash without abrasive sponges, and do not use metal utensils inside the pan.
