The Terra Electronics 41011 modulator converts an HDMI signal into a DVB-T channel in the UHF or VHF band for distribution to televisions via a coaxial network. It supports Full HD resolution of 1920 × 1080 at 30p and features an RF IN input for connecting an antenna, allowing terrestrial digital channels to be transmitted on the output as well.

Programming is done using the built-in buttons and the LED display on the front panel. The metal unit is housed in a plastic base with a cover and comes with an external power supply.
