The Noyafa NF-8504 digital cable tester checks continuity and correct wire-pair mapping in CAT5/CAT6 cables, detecting open circuits, short circuits, and incorrect wiring. It measures cable length and locates breaks or measures the distance to a fault, while identifying active switch ports through their link indicator lights.
It tests PoE power at 5–60 V DC and supports IEEE 802.3af/at/bt standards, as well as non-standard loads. The detachable RJ45 remote unit allows wire-sequence testing in in-wall installations or between patch panels. The 2.4″ color LCD displays functions and results, while protection against accidental voltage covers up to 60 V.
