Olysand Crashed Tofu fine-grain cat litter forms firm clumps and contains activated carbon, which traps unpleasant odours. It is made from natural tofu and is biodegradable, and the clumps can be flushed down the toilet.
Type: Pellets
Composition: Tofu
Grain size: Fine
Properties: Clumping, biodegradable, with activated carbon
The overall picture is mixed, with some appreciating the low dust and how it handles urine odor. Some also mention that it’s easy to sift and clumps well. However, customers often complain that it doesn’t control odors well enough, turns muddy at the bottom, and runs out quickly.
It gets muddy a lot, probably related to the considerable amount of dust I see in its composition.
It handles the smell well but expect 7-10 days per 6 liters (one cat). After that, the ammonia smell suddenly becomes very strong, possibly because the activated carbon is depleted.
If I didn't have a problem with the dust and muddiness, I would try the scented version, but I won't buy anything from this range again.
The cature with zeolite, which is about 50% more expensive for the same quantity, is by far superior.
Unfortunately, it still gets muddy even if I put a large amount in the toilet. At the bottom, it turns into mud. 2 stars because it holds the smell from urine (not from feces). It doesn't have dust
After using it for a week, I have to say that the clumping is excellent! Really fine-grained, making it very easy to sift. There are no odors or dust at all. In the future, it will show how long it lasts for 2 cats with 2 closed litter boxes.
