This testimony was written in 1968 during the journeys of the Paris-Strasbourg train. It was written amidst the depositions-interrogations of the legal experts of the Human Rights Committee of the Council of Europe. It was written to respond to the American correspondent of the "New York Times" why, going through such a process, the only doctor one does not need is a psychiatrist! It was written because my forged passport, the plains of Alsace, did not convince me that I had left Greece, the prison, the Security Police. Because indeed the European legal experts were right to be suspicious. When you cannot translate the word terrace and isolation into another language, there is no Prima Facie evidence. It is charged with all the sentimentality and surprise of the era. Many facts have been hidden and many people are not mentioned. Names change and their significant actions are silenced. However, at that time I did not allow myself even to think of events that could lead the Security Police to conclusions. It is still unfinished because basically the testimony stops at isolation. I did not have the courage to record another experience that marked me.
