AMT Gastroguss Pressure Cooker

This pressure cooker is manufactured in Germany from handcrafted aluminum. It includes:

  • Heat-resistant glass lid, allowing it to be used as a regular non-pressurized pot.
  • Hard titanium oxide layer, fired at 20,000°C.
  • Anti-corrosion layer and ceramic particles.
  • Handles that withstand temperatures up to 240°C.

The pressure cooker features a very thick base, up to 9 mm thick, which stores more energy and is resistant to extreme temperatures. During production, the aluminum is sandblasted to increase the surface adhesion of the layers. The Lotan® non-stick coating provides easy cleaning and antibacterial action without PFOA. It is compatible with ceramic, electric, and gas stoves, and can be washed in the dishwasher.
