Description & Specifications

AMT Gastroguss pressure cooker with a diameter of 22 cm and a height of 18 cm, made of aluminum. This pressure cooker has a capacity of 4.5 l and features a Lotan® non-stick coating. Its construction is of German origin and includes:

  • Cookware structure with Lotan non-stick coating
  • Ceramic particle layer
  • Anti-corrosion layer
  • Hard titanium oxide layer
  • Sandblasted aluminum

The pressure cooker comes with a heat-resistant glass lid, allowing it to be used as a regular pot as well. The handcrafted aluminum ensures a longer curing time and homogeneous casting, reducing air bubbles.

The base of the pressure cooker is up to 9 mm thick, offering better energy retention and resistance to extreme temperatures. The aluminum is sandblasted to increase the adhesion of the applied layers.

The Lotan® non-stick surface layer offers easy cleaning and has antibacterial action, while being PFOA-free. The handles withstand temperatures up to 240°C, making gratinating easier without changing dishes. The ergonomic handles were designed in cooperation with the German National Culinary Team. The pressure cooker is dishwasher safe and suitable for all stovetops except induction.
