POE No. 1 is a dietary supplement containing Manganese, Copper, Iodine, Seaweed (Fucus vesiculosus) and Chicory extract (Taraxacum campylodes). The product helps maintain normal body weight, metabolism, and hormonal balance in the body. It does not contain gluten, gelatin, or genetically modified organisms.
