The Moose fork springs use high-quality chrome-silicon wire. Each spring is cold-processed and subjected to heat treatment. They are pre-set and length-turned before being polished for maximum performance.

All springs include a laser-engraved rating at the end and are manufactured according to DIN2095 class 1 standards. The manufacturing process includes the following stages:

• cold winding
• heat treatment
• hardening
• shot-peening
• edge grinding
• polishing for reduced friction and smoother operation

At the end of the spring, there is also an engraved part number.
