Moose fork springs are made from high-quality chromium-silicon wire. Each spring is cold coiled and then heat-treated. The springs are pre-tensioned and length-finished before polishing for maximum performance. All springs have the coefficient laser-etched at the end and are manufactured according to DIN2095 standard category 1. All springs undergo the following steps:

• Cold winding
• Heat treatment
• Hardening
• Shot-peening
• Edge polishing
• Polishing for reduced friction and smoother operation
