Moose fork springs are made using high-quality chrome silicone wire. Each spring is cold wound and heat-treated. The springs are pre-set and chamfered to length before polishing for maximum performance. All springs feature a laser-engraved coefficient at the end and are manufactured according to DIN2095 class 1 standards. All springs undergo the following stages:

• Cold winding
• Heat treatment
• Hardening
• Shot-peening
• Edge smoothing
• Polishing for reduced friction and smoother operation
• Part number engraved at the end of the spring
