Directions for Use: Clean and degrease the brows using the Mrs.Highbrow Skin Prep Lotion. Prepare the skin with the Treatment Enhancer. Mix the Hybrid Dye with the Mrs.Highbrow Developer: 2:1 for a more intense color, 1:1 for a softer shade. Apply carefully with a brush and leave on for 10–15 minutes. Remove unwanted stains with the Tint Remover. Remove the dye with a damp cotton pad. For professional use only. Professional knowledge of eyebrow and eyelash tinting techniques is required.
