Cast iron is a material that heats up slowly, but once heated, it retains heat very well for a long time. This makes the cookware suitable for most cooking techniques, whether frying, slow cooking, or oven cooking.

  • Wall thickness: 4 mm
  • Inner coating: Black enamel that helps create a non-stick surface when cooking with fat
  • Outer finish: Glassy enamel obtained by spraying glass powder at temperatures of 750 - 850 °C
  • Base thickness: 5 mm

This casserole dish can be used on all types of hobs, including induction hobs. Do not use in the microwave.
