Cast iron is a material that heats up slowly, retaining heat for a long time. The cookware is suitable for most cooking techniques, such as frying, slow cooking, and oven cooking.

  • Wall thickness: 4 mm.
  • Inner coating with black enamel for a non-stick surface.
  • Outer finish with vitreous enamel through glass powder spraying at temperatures of 750 - 850°C.
  • Flat lid with small protrusions to retain moisture.
  • Base thickness: 5 mm, suitable for all types of hobs, including induction.

Do not use in a microwave oven.
