The Berkel cutting board set includes an acacia wood board and three cheese knives. The board can be used for cutting and serving cheese, bread and cold cuts, as well as for light food preparation.

Clean the board with a damp cloth and do not soak it in water. Before first use, apply a thin coat of vegetable oil or food-grade mineral oil with a soft cloth and leave it to dry; repeat this process twice. For monthly cleaning, cover the board with coarse salt and lemon juice, scrub with a sponge and rinse.
