Proto Energy Gel 1:1 are energy gels designed for endurance athletes, such as runners, cyclists, and triathletes, providing a large amount of easily absorbed carbohydrates.

The ratio of the two main carbohydrates they contain is:

• 50% maltodextrin
• 50% fructose

This composition allows the use of two different absorption mechanisms, making it possible to consume more carbohydrates per hour with a reduced risk of gastrointestinal discomfort.
