The Yogi & Yogini 2094 yoga mat is made of TPE and is 5 mm thick. Its closed-cell structure does not absorb sweat or moisture, and the mat is easy to clean and can be used on both sides. It is suitable for Yin Yoga, Hatha Yoga, meditation and gentler forms of exercise.
Its thickness provides comfort in seated and reclining poses and protects the knees and joints from the cold floor. It is not intended for particularly dynamic practices such as Power Yoga or Ashtanga. Before first use, wash it with warm water and mild detergent, then leave it to dry completely on a flat surface.
