Care and Usage Instructions: To extend the lifespan of the mat, always roll it with the motif and PU coating facing outward. Do not use creams, lotions, or body oils before practice – polyurethane absorbs oils easily, which may leave visible marks. Clean the mat every 4–8 sessions by wiping it with a cloth dampened with plenty of water mixed with a small amount of mild, natural detergent.
