The Myga Alignment Yoga mat features a PU-coated surface with a laser-cut lotus pattern, along with alignment lines to help position the body correctly during exercises. The non-slip surface helps keep hands and feet stable, while the rubber underside helps the mat stay in place on the floor. Suitable for Power Yoga, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Pilates, fitness, Hatha and Yin Yoga.
For care, roll the mat with the pattern and PU surface facing outwards. Clean it every 4–8 workouts using a cloth, plenty of water and a small amount of mild, natural cleaner. Avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight, and do not apply body creams, lotions or oils before exercising.
