The Yogi & Yogini 2130 yoga mat is 5 mm thick and made of vinyl foam and PVC. Its coating on both sides provides grip during exercise, while the water-repellent layer with thermal insulation separates you from the floor. It is suitable for gentle forms of yoga, such as Hatha Yoga and Yin Yoga, as well as Pilates exercises.
Its thickness provides support in lying and kneeling positions. It can be stored and carried rolled up. To clean it, simply wipe it occasionally with an eco-friendly mat cleaner and allow it to dry completely while unrolled; it is not machine washable.
