The Bodhi yoga mat has a surface made of 100% virgin sheep’s wool with soft, long fibers, providing comfort and insulation from the cold floor. Its base is non-slip for stability during use, while the wool has temperature-regulating properties and naturally resists dirt.
It is suitable for meditation, pranayama, yoga nidra, yin yoga, relaxing or restorative yoga, and exercises performed while sitting or lying down. Hand-wash in cold water with a mild detergent for wool, dry flat, and do not tumble dry. Store in a dry place.
