The Yoga Design Lab yoga mat combines a microfiber surface with natural rubber, serving as both a mat and a towel. The absorbent surface helps reduce slipping during practice, especially when your hands and feet get sweaty, and is suitable for hot yoga, traditional yoga and Pilates. For better grip at the beginning of your practice, lightly dampen the surface, your hands and your feet.
The mat folds easily for transport and storage. Clean it with a damp cloth and let it dry completely while unfolded; do not use a tumble dryer. Prolonged exposure to sunlight may accelerate its biodegradation. We recommend rolling it up with the patterned side facing out.
