    Very soft underfoot and very comfortable for walking many kilometers. They are heavy and not suitable for running. They are mostly cushioned shoes.

Construction Materials & Upper Design

The upper of the ASICS Gel-Nimbus 28 TR features advanced Engineered Knit fabric, offering a soft feel, flexibility, and an anatomical fit that adapts to the shape of your foot. The knit structure ensures continuous airflow, keeping your foot dry. The collar and tongue feature an elastic knit construction that gently hugs the ankle, providing a secure fit and preventing small particles from entering from the ground.

FF BLAST™ PLUS ECO & PureGEL™ Shock Absorption Technologies

The midsole is equipped with lightweight FF BLAST™ PLUS ECO foam, which provides excellent shock absorption and responsiveness, while also being eco-friendly, with 20% bio-based ingredients. Integrated into the heel is PureGEL™ technology, which is 65% softer than traditional GEL™ technology, ensuring smooth transitions and protecting the joints upon landing.

TR Outsole & Traction on Mixed Terrain

The outsole of the TR (Trail) series differs from standard road versions, featuring a specially designed tread pattern with deeper grooves. This design provides improved grip and stability on unpaved surfaces, such as compacted dirt, gravel and park trails, while maintaining high wear resistance.
