I went through various other options before settling on this one, and I didn’t regret it at all! I bought it for 2,644 euros at the end of March/2026, and now in September/2026 it has gone up by almost a thousand euros, unbelievable! The machine really rocks, it’s super fast! I have no opinion at all about gaming, but I do use it with locally deployed LLMs; I’ve loaded up to 70B models on it, (always in Q4 though) and they run, okay, only at a few tokens per second! Anything else up to 35B is a piece of cake! Downsides: it gets hot; with models it easily reaches 80+ on the GPU, I imagine with heavy games it might even go beyond that! Be careful, the graphics card doesn’t have its own VRAM, the memory is unified, but from what I read it’s very decent in games! Also, the 1TB drive is small, but there was no option for more. Another thing, the memory is soldered, so there’s no upgrade, meaning there are versions with 128GB, but they’re insanely expensive. My version has Win11 Home; I also see versions with Pro, although I haven’t missed anything. Obviously it’s not for people who are used to larger screens; I don’t have a problem with it, I like the compact dimensions. I use the recommended resolution of 2560x1600, but at 150% scale. Finally, keep in mind that the machine is not a laptop, but a somewhat thick and heavy TABLET; its TOUCH screen contains all the electronics and you set it upright with a stand that opens and closes. When you go to lift it, you have to hold the keyboard at the same time, because it opens up! It doesn’t really make much sense to place it on a cooling base; if you simply put it on the desk with a USB fan blowing on it from behind and upward, that’s the best! The keyboard is detachable with a magnet, BUT BE CAREFUL IT DOES NOT work wirelessly!!! The feel of the keyboard is very good, better than other laptops I’ve had. Touchscreen yes, but I have a quirk and I don’t want to see fingerprints on it; there are styluses though, I’ll probably get one at some point. Finally, the ergonomics of the ports aren’t that good; the USB-C ports are high up, and I have a docking station with a short cable that I kind of prop up vertically so it can reach the ports. Also, the cable of the (bulky) power adapter that plugs into the machine is not USB-C, it’s something else.

Οθόνη αφής μεν, αλλά έχω μια λόξα και δεν θέλω να βλέπω δακτυλιές πάνω της, υπάρχουν πενάκια όμως, θα πάρω μάλλον κάποια στιγμή ένα. Τέλος εργονομία συνδέσεων όχι τόσο καλή, τα USB-C είναι ψηλά, ένα docking station με κοντό καλώδιο που έχω το στήνω κάπως όρθιο για να φτάνει τα port. Επίσης το καλώδιο του (ευτραφούς) τροφοδοτικού που κουμπώνει στο μηχάνημα δεν είναι USB-C είναι κάτι άλλο.
