The solution for me is plugging it into power + a hard reset the one time I encountered a problem. Other than that, it is really beautiful, the screen, pad - keyboard buttons are soft and, in the essentials, processor + 32RAM, it is suitable for almost everything, completely silent and without heating up at all. No comparison with supposedly better-advertised laptop brands...

Today, just 4 months after the repair and a total of 6 months since purchase, the laptop has the exact same problem.
