The GEL-KAYANO® 12.1 sneaker, created in collaboration with KITH, combines iconic design details from the version released in 2006 with a modern tooling system.

The upper design is inspired by European gothic armor and its structural metal characteristics. The open-underlay mesh improves airflow to help keep feet cool.

The midsole features the same tooling system from the GEL-NIMBUS® 17 shoe. It was originally designed for comfort during marathons, with dual GEL® technology inserts and a FLUIDRIDE cushioning structure.
