The Boston VSC-57-MWH is a vintage-style single-coil pickup for the middle position, designed for players who want clear articulation, dynamic response, and classic electric guitar tone.

Made with Alnico 5 magnets, black fiber bobbin material, and Waxed Formvar winding, this pickup delivers a bright, open sound with strong note definition and balanced output. The 6.3 kΩ resistance provides a versatile response suitable for clean tones, blues, rock, funk, and other styles that benefit from the detail of a single-coil.

The RWRP construction – reverse wound, reverse polarity – helps reduce noise when the middle pickup is combined with compatible pickups in the switch’s in-between positions.

Finished with a white pickup cover, the VSC-57-MWH is suitable for replacement, restoration, or custom electric guitar projects.
