Manufacturer's recommended cleaning method: Wipe the surface of the mattress with a clean, damp cloth. Do not wash the mattress in a washing machine. Avoid compressing the mattress to maintain its original shape. Allow the mattress to dry laid out in a well-ventilated area. Do not dry in direct sunlight or in a dryer.

Hand wash the yoga strap. Do not wring. Lay flat to dry and store rolled up.

Wipe the yoga block with a damp cloth and a little mild soap, rinse with water, and dry with a towel.
