The Dyson cyclone is the advanced whole-machine filter. It consists of two elements:

• A stainless steel filter with more than 70,000 circular holes, which filters all particles larger than 250 micrometers.
• 14 concentric cyclones that generate forces of over 79,000G, throwing microscopic particles (such as pollen and bacteria) into the bin without clogging the filter, ensuring there is no loss of suction power.

In addition, an airtight seal around the cyclone unit and a rubber gasket around the filter enhance airtight operation, preventing dust, allergens, and bacteria from escaping back into the air.
