Şifa Ana lady’s mantle herbal tea contains Alchemilla vulgaris in tea bags and is intended to support women’s wellbeing. Traditionally, it is used to support hormonal balance and the female reproductive system, as well as to relieve symptoms of premenstrual syndrome and menstrual pain. It also supports digestion and helps reduce bloating.
To prepare, steep one tea bag in 200 ml of hot water for 3–5 minutes. Store the product in a dry place, away from direct sunlight and out of reach of children.
