Joico Blonde Life Lightening Cream contains arginine to strengthen hair bonds and exotic oils to help retain moisture. It lifts hair by up to 9+ levels and is suitable for on- or off-scalp application techniques, such as balayage, freehand and ombré, with or without foils.
Its formula reduces breakage by 77% in one application and makes hair 4 times more resistant to breakage. It rinses out easily and does not require a special developer. For on-scalp application, mix at a ratio of 1:1 or 1:2 with 10 or 20 vol developer. For off-scalp application, use 10, 20, 30 or 40 vol developer. Processing time is up to 60 minutes at room temperature, without heat.
