NATURA RODOS is a local business in Kalamona, Rhodes, near the Valley of the Butterflies. It is an evolution of the first activity of the Kallas family, dating back to 1959, with the operation of a traditional olive mill, which produced extra virgin olive oil in the village of “Theologos” Rhodes.

The love and passion developed during the operation of the olive mill created the desire to promote Rhodian extra virgin olive oil both domestically and internationally. NATURA’s goal is the production, circulation, and distribution of the product in its nominal form in the local and international market.

At the end of the 1990s, the Kallas family began the packaging and promotion of extra virgin olive oil, which today can be found in selected stores on the island. Alongside the packaging process, in 1999 the acquisition and renovation of an old Italian farmhouse was completed, and the establishment of the NATURA RODOS store, located near the old Italian village of Beverano.

In the traditionally designed store, there is the possibility to taste NATURA extra virgin olive oil, honey from different varieties of small local beekeepers, as well as local wine varieties from the cellar.
