The Revopoint POP 4 is an advanced 3D scanner, designed for use as a portable device or as a desktop unit. It features three data capture technologies: multi-line blue laser, full-field infrared structured light, and VCSEL projection.

• Accuracy: up to 0.03 mm in laser mode.
• Color scanning: RGB, real-time AI segmentation.
• Object support: sizes from 10 × 10 × 10 mm up to 2 × 2 × 2 m.

The scanner is designed for demanding high-precision geometric mapping applications. In multi-line laser mode, it achieves a single measurement accuracy of up to 0.03 mm, allowing the capture of details in mechanical parts and industrial components.

The volumetric accuracy of 0.03 mm + 0.05 mm × L(m) is available when operating in laser modes.

The scanner offers three independent scanning technologies:

• Multi-line laser mode: designed for scanning technical components.
• Full-Field HD mode: for easy scanning of faces and objects without markers.
• VCSEL mode: optimized for larger objects and field tasks.

The Gaussian Splatting technology supports the creation of photorealistic 3D objects with high visual quality, reproducing how light interacts with material surfaces.

Additionally, the POP 4 is equipped with real-time AI segmentation that recognizes the object and removes the background, achieving cleaner models.

The scanning speed ranges from 15 to 105 frames per second, with the capability to capture up to 2 million points per second in laser mode.
