The pan is made of 304 18/10 stainless steel and features an integrated base, making it suitable for all types of hobs (induction, gas, electric).
Instructions for use and care:
- Before first use, wash the product thoroughly with warm water and neutral, non-abrasive liquid soap, then dry it.
- Do not add salt to cold water. Wait until the water boils before adding salt.
- Adding salt to cold water may cause the salt to collect at the bottom of the pan, resulting in stains and wear.
- This does not affect the performance of the stainless steel product, but the stains may be difficult to clean.
- Dishwasher safe. After washing, remove, wipe, and dry the product to avoid stains.
- Do not use solid detergents, chlorine-based products, or abrasive sponges.
- After use, wash with warm water, liquid detergent, and a soft sponge, then wipe and dry.
- To remove stains from starchy foods and water with high lime content, wipe with a cotton cloth soaked in lemon juice or vinegar, or use special stainless steel cleaning products.
- To avoid scratches on surfaces, it is recommended to use plastic or wooden utensils while cooking.
- Use on hobs and burners that are always smaller than the diameter of the pan base.
- Never leave the pan empty over heat.
- Keep the product away from children.
