Replacement Polypropylene Filter DGD-2501 Big Blue 25μm - 10" Pentek Pentair

The Pentair DGD – 2501 Big Blue replacement polypropylene water filter is made of multilayer polypropylene and is compatible with 10” Big Blue devices on the market. Pentair’s DGD series filters use Food Grade polypropylene fibers and have international certifications for drinking water.

The main features of the filter include:

  • Filtration of suspended particles <1 micron with minimal water pressure drop.
  • First filtration stage: retention of particles up to 25 micron.
  • Second stage: retention of particles up to 5 micron.
  • Third stage: removal of suspended particles up to 1 micron, sediments, and algae.
  • Suitable for removing suspended matter such as dirt, rust, and microparticles.

The filter is non-toxic and fully suitable for drinking water. It is certified by NSF International to NSF / ANSI 42 standard.

Instructions for Use:

Installed on the main water supply line. A wrench is required to replace the filter. Turn off the water supply, vent the filter unit, and use the wrench to unscrew the housing. Remove the old filter and install the new one. Tighten carefully to ensure the O-ring is properly positioned. It has no direction and can be installed from either side of the unit.
