The stereoscopic microscope with Grinou optical design provides precise surface details without loss of spatial orientation, offering a large depth of field when observing three-dimensional objects. The microscope changes magnification smoothly with a factor of 8.4 between 6.5x and 55x, maintaining a working distance of 105 mm. It features integrated illuminators for transmitted and reflected observation of transparent and opaque objects. The microscope allows the installation of accessories for polarized light and dark field observation. The microscope’s digital camera enables recording of the observation process as well as intermediate and final results. The 18 MP sensor provides the necessary resolution for the stereomicroscope. The 1/2.3" sensor with a 0.5x adapter shows a field of view of 18.9x14.2 mm on the computer screen at the microscope’s lowest magnification. The microscope is used in restoration, assembly and quality control, as well as in zoology and botany.
