Description

Anchor for heavy loads, with a single clip, made of white galvanized carbon steel.

Substrates: uncracked, reinforced or unreinforced normal concrete of at least class C20/25 and (without technical approval) natural stone with a compact structure.

  • Diameter: the thread diameter is also the anchor diameter, with significantly higher strength compared to tube anchors of the same size.
  • Installation speed: very fast installation, especially suitable for series fastening with a large number of anchors.
  • Material quality: selected sizes with cold-formed anchor, providing higher steel hardness and strength and guaranteeing precision in workmanship.
  • Installation: significant time savings and practical installation.
  • Design: thread length suitably matched to the overall anchor length, optimized clip geometry for secure fastening even in lower-quality concrete.
  • Safety: smooth anchor head for protection during application, rounded expansion cone at the bottom for easier application, special thickening in the anchor that keeps the clip in the correct position even when in contact with reinforcement or voids in the substrate.
  • Size variety: fastening possible even in very thick elements, also available in stainless steel (A2) and acid-resistant steel (A4).
  • Technical approval: from the Building Research Institute (ITB) no. AT-15-8190/2014.
