Sgaravatti lettuce seeds are a mix of baby lettuces grown for leaf harvest. The leaves have a tender, crisp texture and a sweet, fresh flavour. Gradually harvesting the outer leaves allows the plants to regrow and continue producing for a long time.

The mix grows quickly and is suitable for baby leaf production. The seeds can be sown in a field, vegetable garden, pots or planters. Harvesting can begin when the leaves reach a height of 8–10 cm, about 30–40 days after sowing.
